    great access to parks and thermal springs

    I loved how close the hotel was to both Furnas Lake and Caldeiras da Lagoa das Furnas, making it easy to explore the beautiful scenery and enjoy peaceful walks after a delicious breakfast that offered a variety of options.

    Amazing stay with a spa vibe

    We had an amazing 3-night stay! The staff was super friendly, giving us a cozy upgrade to a master suite. The spa and thermal pools were a dream, and we loved lounging around in our robes. The cozido we tried at the restaurant was delicioso! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better in our room.

    Relaxing big hotel with an amazing pool and garden views. Amazing and great location in Furnas, next to a beautiful island, the caldeiras and the beautiful Terra Nostra Gardens and the beautiful Sao Miguel, Azores. Again, not far from Caldeiras Vulcanicas. Outstandingly accommodating and extremely accommodating staff, well laid out queen room. Very comfy bed and good services.

    This place suits me perfectly, with great wi-fi, relaxing indoor pool, and helpful 24-hour reception. I fondly remember when the staff lent me a phone charger. The spa is divine, and I'm excited to return for a romantic escape.

    Well-organised and fully renovated rooms with terrace, cookies plus direct sunlight. Reasonably priced food for delicious breakfast at reasonable prices. Marvellous location, within short walking distance to everywhere. Nice design, ATTENTIVE service in the entire hotel. All the staff was willing to help.

    It was the perfect starting point for our adventures exploring the lush landscapes of the Azores. We visited the fine Caldeira Velha Natural Monument and even enjoyed a round at the nearby golf course. Just a heads up, there's no recycling bins around, a bit frustrating for us.

    Unfortunately, we had to deal with some maintenance issues, like one of the jacuzzis not working properly.

    The thermal indoor hot water pool was amazing 🌊 The peaceful atmosphere really helped us unwind. Breakfast was good but missing variety after a few days. A lovely stay!

    The fried fish at A Terra was a real knockout, paired perfectly with a glass of local wine! Plus, the thermal pools were a soothing oasis after a day of culinary exploration. Can't forget the scrumptious breakfast with fresh items that packed a tasty punch!

    Had a bit of a bummer with the room upgrade pitch for an extra €160-just feels off. I nearly took a tumble in that slippery shower. They really need to rethink those tiles!

    The heated pools, both indoor and outdoor, were fantastic, especially swimming outside in the warm water while it drizzled. The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh local items. This stay exceeded my expectations compared to our previous experiences in furnas.
